I was trying to do some “Empty Myself Exercise” this week. Just want to feel blank & want some comfortable silence in my brain.
I tried to watch掌上明珠 & 談情說案. After a while, I found the “Empty Myself Exercise” turned into some “Annoy Myself Exercise”. I gave up.
Read some magazine bought by my husband. I m not interested in most of the news, finished them in an hour.
Did some exercises at home........those help u to sleep better & make your muscle firm. I feel ok.......and tired.
I even tried to play pacman........
What next? Bible reading? Pray to God? Listen to some classical music?
